Terms of Service
Effective 21 July 2026 · Last updated: 21 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the InvoiceUltra iPhone app and the InvoiceUltra website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
InvoiceUltra is operated by RED LINE SECURITY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15419410, with its registered office at Regent88, 210 Church Road, Leyton, London, E10 7JQ, United Kingdom.
Licence to use InvoiceUltra
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use InvoiceUltra on Apple devices you own or control, for your own lawful business purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of the app to you.
The InvoiceUltra iPhone app is licensed, not sold. Your use of it is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are additional to that agreement and do not replace it. Where the two conflict in relation to the licensed application, Apple's Standard EULA applies. Apple is not a party to these terms, and Apple does not sponsor or endorse InvoiceUltra.
Acceptable use
You may use InvoiceUltra to create and manage invoices for your own lawful business. You agree not to:
- use InvoiceUltra for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose, including creating false invoices;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app or its security; or
- use the app in a way that infringes someone else's rights.
Free features and InvoiceUltra Pro
InvoiceUltra is free to download and use. On the free tier you can create and send unlimited invoices, and your invoices carry an InvoiceUltra watermark.
InvoiceUltra Pro is a paid, auto-renewable subscription. It removes the InvoiceUltra watermark from your invoices and lets you add your own company logo. Everything else in the app stays unlimited and free. Both Pro plans below unlock exactly the same features — they differ only in billing period.
Subscription terms
Plans, duration and price
- InvoiceUltra Pro Monthly (app.invoiceultra.pro.monthly) — a one-month subscription, £6.99 per month in the United Kingdom.
- InvoiceUltra Pro Annual (app.invoiceultra.pro.annual) — a one-year subscription, £59.99 per year in the United Kingdom.
The prices above are the current United Kingdom prices. Prices, currency and any applicable taxes vary by country and App Store storefront. The price shown to you on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm is the price that applies to your purchase, and it takes precedence over the figures listed here.
InvoiceUltra Pro does not currently include a free trial or introductory offer. If we ever offer one, its terms will be shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
InvoiceUltra Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store your payment details.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it.
- Renewal is charged to your Apple Account through Apple's subscription process shortly before the current period ends, in accordance with Apple's terms.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation must be made through Apple — we cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it through your Apple Account settings.
- If you cancel, Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not end the current period early.
- If you reinstall the app, or use another device signed in to the same Apple Account, you can restore an active subscription with Restore Purchases on the Pro screen.
Refunds and price changes
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, and refund requests are managed by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable consumer law. We cannot issue App Store refunds directly. Nothing here affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have as a consumer.
If we change the subscription price, the change is applied through Apple's required notice and consent process. Where Apple requires your consent, your subscription will not renew at the new price unless you agree to it.
Your data belongs to you
The invoices, clients, business details and other records you create in InvoiceUltra are yours. Because this information is stored on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for making your own backups. You can export your data from the app at any time. If your device is lost, damaged or reset, data you have not backed up or exported may not be recoverable.
Your responsibility for accuracy
You are responsible for everything you enter into InvoiceUltra — including your business details, tax and VAT rates, amounts, and client information — and for the invoices you send. InvoiceUltra is a tool to help you produce and track invoices; it does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for meeting your own legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Availability
InvoiceUltra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We may update, change or withdraw features as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of InvoiceUltra. Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for backups, and we are not liable for data lost through device loss, damage, or failure.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
InvoiceUltra — including its name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to RED LINE SECURITY LIMITED and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content. The business content you create (your invoices, your logo, your data) remains yours.
Termination
You may stop using InvoiceUltra at any time by deleting the app — and, if you have an active subscription, by cancelling it through your Apple Account settings. We may suspend or end your licence to use InvoiceUltra if you materially breach these terms, for example by using the app unlawfully. If we do, you keep any statutory rights you have, and refunds for App Store purchases remain subject to Apple's policies.
Updates to the app and these terms
We may update InvoiceUltra and these terms as the product develops. When we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use InvoiceUltra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom), and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
